CANCELLATION POLICY
All clients are required to provide credit card information to guarantee their appointment. We require 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment. If an appointment is cancelled within the 24 hour time frame the client will be charged 50% of the service cost. If there is no notice of an appointment cancellation it will be considered a no show and the client will be charged 100% of service costs. You must speak with a live spa operator in order to cancel a spa appointment.
